Comservco USA, Inc. -  Overview

 

Comservco USA, Inc., is a privately owned, nationwide, debt free Sub S Corporation.  The two owners have been in business for over 20 years with over 50 years of experience between them.  They started out as technicians, and still to this day, are involved with the daily hands on operations of the company.  The owner’s only business interest is with Comservco USA, and they dedicate 100% of their time and effort to its “clients” and staff.  Comservco USA’s owners and staff are proud of the fact that they make themselves available to their “clients” at all times. All “clients” have contact with either of the principles directly, without having to go through levels of management interference.  A list of names and phone numbers are provided for escalation.  This includes cell, office and home numbers if needed.  If there are any issues, “clients” never have a problem getting them resolved.

 

Because of the levels of service we provide our “clients”, Comservco USA, Inc. has been extremely fortunate to realize a growth of between 10 and 20 percent over each of the last 5 years.  Because of this developed growth, we’re now capable of servicing broader geographical areas and larger corporations.  The New York, tri-state area, office locations support NYC and remote regions of New York State and out of state, remote offices support “clients” across the United States. We attribute our growth to hard work and dedication of all employees here at Comservco. Because of our many years of experience, Comservco USA has a full understanding of what our “clients” need and want from a service/support company.

 

Comservco’s expertise is in PC, printer, peripherals maintenance and support, LAN/WAN support and service, MAC’s (moves, adds and changes), upgrades, rollouts, remote - local and nationwide service, network support and product sales.

 

We see one of our “clients” biggest needs is to have a service and support vendor that not only understands the equipment, but the expertise and knowledge of how to service geographically challenged, multi-remote or large scale environments.  This is where Comservco’s services shine.
