Project Management

Project Management Services - A project manager will be assigned to each project to provide a single point of project communication and coordination to ensure the smoothest possible implementation of your customer’s solution. 

 

Key Project Management Functions Include - Scheduling of the

installation, confirmation of hardware delivery timeframe and working with

the end customer to ensure installation readiness as well as providing

management guidance up through the successful completion of the

installation.

 

Server Set-Up and Software Installation – Server set-up, validation and

installation of OS software.

 

System Configuration - Solution and configuration.

 

Product Licensing – Validation and activation of licensing.

 

System Testing – Full system and end-user acceptance testing.

 

System Hand-Over – Basic system demonstration and hand-over to customer.  Provide question and answer support.
